Weather - Khor Fakkan 24th April 2010

From 2000hrs on 24th April 2010 till now about 0037hrs on 25th April 2010, it has been strong winds in Khor Fakkan.

Let the graph do the talking.

Notice the graph went up like a hot stock counter~! If it was a stock, I would have made a fortune from it but now I'm suffering the noise pollution due to the strong winds.

Why noise pollution?  As the wind is blowing to the building, it tends to blow hard and sip through the gaps between the window and window frame. So the whole house sound like a haunted house now with ghost whispers when the strong wind blows.

Here the weather in UAE is getting warmer by seconds and humid as well. I still remember when i first touch down Fujairah on 22nd June 2009. The temperature was 45 degree at 2100hrs. Imagine the wind when they blow to my face. Its was like an oven or you can feel like sauna.

I was sweating like a pig in just a split second.

Lets cut things short as I'm hungry now. Time for two (2) packs of Indo Mee goreng with Tuna and a "mata kerbau" before I head for bed cause I need to catch the van to work at 0645 hrs in the morning.

Giler - Night Photography

On 23rd April 2010 at 0023 hrs (GMT +4) , I was out with one of my workmate. Yeap out for my 1st night photography at Fujairah, UAE.


Places which we went to Miramar AL Aqah Hotel at Fujairah, Al Bidya Mosque at Fujairah and Khor Fakkan Port.


Let the photos do the talking. Mind you, this is the 1st time me doing night photography. I'm still puzzled with the camera's functions like ISO, apertures, shutters speed, flash and I can go on the whole but let me stop here.

Bulgaria the Adventure Begins

My 3 months in Bulgaria, I was like thinking of the places I should be travelling when I'm here.

My list was like I need to go to :

1. Romania to see the legendary birth place of the Vampire which is the King in the 15th centuries ago or something like that.
2. Greece to see the ancient Roman civilization.
3. Turkey to experince a country within 2 continents which are Europe and Asia.

Well that is for 3 months, I can't think of the rest cause I don't know how far there are and so on. Well its always good to travel locally. Which is to travel around Bulgaria itself.

Most of the places that I went to in Bulgaria was not plan cause more of a impulsive and last minute invitations from my workmates.

This is where I have been in Bulgaria for the past 3 months.

As you can see the map above is the Bulgaria map.

The list of places which I have been as above:

1. Stara Zagora - the place which I was staying.
2. Galabovo - the place where my Site is located which is an hour away.
3. Plovdiv - Bulgaria's 2nd City after Sofia. Its located an hour away from Stara Zagora.
4. Sofia - Buglaria's capital city. Located 2 hours from Stara Zagora.
5. Nesebar - the ancient city of Bulgaria which is fronting the Black Sea. Located 3 hours away from Stara Zagora.
6. Veliko Turnovo - An ancient city of Bulgaria which has the city built on the hills. Located 2 hours away from Stara Zagora.

My New Logo~!

It has been a hard 2 days for me as  I was designing. Yes u did not see any wrong. I was designing my own logo for the blog.

Well here goes from an amateur user of Photoshop & BANANA (Chinese but dunno how to write Chinese) as below:

Brief explanation of the logo:

1. 洪 is pronounce as hóng which is my surname
2. hóng is also RED too but in another character.
