Kissing Tonsil

Fall sick again on 13th Oct 2011, been diagnose by the doctor to have Kissing Tonsil as both my tonsil are swollen and touch each other.

Doctor recommended me to be examine by a Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist. Try to make an appointment with one which visit the clinic on a monthly basis in Labuan. To bad, for the month of October it was on 12th Oct 2011. So I have to wait for the doctor's next visit which will be in Nov 2011.

By the way, this is my third visit to the clinic since I have been in Labuan on 02nd June 2011.

I think the change of food and climax made my tonsil go crazy again. I do have tonsil problem since I was about 10 years old. However, upon taking care of my food (minus oily food and fried stuff) it got normal until this year (2011).

Well it just mean I need to take care of my self more......

Anyway have a look at my medicine an I also got an Medical Cert (MC) to be exempted from work on 14th Oct 2011.

Each will have a different range of 'thickness' of oil and also the range of mileage for the next servicing...
For MI - recommended servicing will be within 3,000km.
For SS - recommended servicing will be within 5,000km.
For FS - recommended servicing will be within 10,000km.

Here u can do ur maths...

U need as well oil filter.

Total damage for me today is MYR 102.00 for a SS and Bosch Oil Filter.

It has been a long time since I blog, to be exact since April 2010 and it's November 2010 now!!!!

Been a busy bee with my job as well as travelling around the middle east before I return back to my homeland!

Luxury Popcorn

Garrett popcorn is selling at Dubai Mall in front of the aquarium.

Its a franchise from the USA. The have a good mixture of popcorn flavour from original, cheese, almonds, nuts and sort on. The best is that u can mix them. The on that I had was the cheese and caramel popcorn. The taste was heaven with the mixture of sweet and salty!!

Such luxury popcorn does come cheap. The regular is about 300 grams is selling for AED 20.

VERDICT
Price - 7/10
Taste - 7/10
